One complete English WPS, delivered as PDF and editable Word, with support for your project review.
Preparation and delivery
We prepare your WPS from the project files and confirmed welding information you supply. If necessary data is missing, we ask you to confirm it rather than enter assumed design values.
Each order covers one complete WPS draft for the agreed procedure and supported range, in PDF and editable Word (.docx). Review the document before submitting it through your project’s approval process; owner acceptance depends on the project requirements and review.
Your first draft is delivered within 24 hours after all project information and the preparation scope are confirmed. The confirmation message will state your delivery deadline. We deliver on weekends and public holidays.
Need it sooner? Tell us your deadline in advance, and we will confirm whether we can accommodate it based on our work schedule.
Included revisions
Two revision rounds are included when requested within 30 calendar days of first delivery. Each round is one consolidated set of comments, including comments from your owner or project reviewer. Requests received within that period will be completed even if the work extends beyond it.
- Included: clarifications, numbering and format adjustments, and review comments within the agreed preparation basis and scope.
- Our errors: omissions of supplied information, transcription, calculation or preparation errors are corrected free of charge and do not use a revision round.
- Additional work: an extra WPS, a different code, preparation route or supporting PQR, or material, process or joint changes requiring substantial reworking are quoted separately.
Included revisions are returned within 24 hours after the revision comments and scope are confirmed, including weekends and public holidays.
Beyond two rounds or 30 days, small adjustments may still be complimentary. Any additional fee is explained and agreed before work begins.
Cancellations and refunds

| You cancel after a draft meeting the agreed scope is delivered because your plans change | Normally no refund; the included revision support remains available. |
| A problem in our work prevents delivery from meeting the agreed scope | We first correct it free of charge. If we cannot resolve it, we refund the affected work, or the full fee if the whole WPS is unusable. |
If an owner requests changes or has not yet accepted the document, send us the comments so we can review them against the original requirements and help with applicable revisions.
